What you see here is a page from the Kayla Itsines BBG (Bikini Body Guide) that has been super popular since months now. It doesn’t look as hard, does it? Well it is! Look along for some inspiring before&after pictures from girls that are in the middle of the programme, or even completed the whole thing already! It works like this: you buy the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, and you move your ass to the gym. You can also do it at home, but I find it easier to do it at the gym because they have all the weights, medicine balls and benches I need, so I don’t need to look for a replacement at home. You need a timer, do the exercises of circuit one for 7 minutes as often as you can. Take a minute rest and do circuit 2 for 7 minutes. Then repeat the whole thing (7 minutes circuit one and 7 minutes circuit 2), and you’re done for the day! I always do a cooling down and some stretching, because I feel like my muscle ache is less the other day when I do so.
